Maurice B. Brown, PresidentFor more than two decades, Mr. Brown has been a
consultant in management and organization development. He has conducted hundreds
of workshops and has trained thousands of managers and supervisors in effective
personnel management practices. In addition to providing consulting services to
public and private sector organizations, Mr. Brown has published several
articles on counseling skills and creating a motivational climate. Also, as an
adjunct faculty member, Mr. Brown has taught graduate and undergraduate courses
in psychology and management for National University, Pepperdine University and
Chapman College. He has an undergraduate degree in Psychology and an M.A. in
Human Resources Management. Robert E. Arganbright, Senior AssociateRobert Arganbright has over twenty years experience as an
organizational development consultant and trainer. He got his start in this
field while serving in the United States Navy, working as a Race Relations
Trainer and Human Resource Management Specialist. He has an undergraduate degree
in Human Behavior and an MBA with an emphasis on organizational development. Mr.
Arganbright has worked with a wide variety of client organizations in both the
private and public sector with consistently positive results. He is an
exceptionally high energy person with a contagious enthusiasm that makes every
one of his workshops a memorable experience. His sensitivity to participants and
their individual needs is often mentioned in post workshop critiques. While well
grounded in the theories of modern management, Mr. Arganbright takes great pains

sessions. Sharon Lieder, Senior AssociateSharon has over twenty years experience in the field of training and organization development. She brings a special skill of linking training to the strategic goals of the organization. Her management positions at TRW, UCLA, UC San Diego, and General Dynamics, provided her with an in-depth knowledge of business issues. In two of her positions, she started up the training function as well as designed and delivered the management and supervisory programs. Sharon is a feedback consultant with the Center for Creative Leadership where she works with the Leadership Development Program, the Entrepreneurial Leadership Program, and Foundations of Leadership. Sharon is also adjunct faculty for the Management
Development Center at San Diego State University and the Total Quality
Certificate Program at United States International University. She is past
chapter president and assistant regional director for the American Society for
