Decision making and problem solving skills are critical to every professional's effectiveness. This two day workshop will provide participants with up to date information on these two areas. Participants will be exposed to a variety of practical decision-making models. They will also be given the opportunity to apply these models to decisions which confront them in their on the job situations. Additionally, participants will receive valuable information on strategies for dealing with resistance to decisions as well as creative problem solving.
