COURSE TITLE: DIVERSITY AWARENESS TRAINING
COURSE LENGTH: ONE DAY

This one-day course will help participants to be more sensitive to the complexities involved with working with individuals from different cultures other diverse backgrounds. This course is designed for employees who are not supervisors.

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

Identify the role of perceptions when communicating across cultures.

Identify the potential negative consequences of stereotyping.

Identify possible problems faced by "out group" members.

Identify the rights and responsibilities of employees when working in a diverse workforce.

Identify the common areas of miscommunications when communicating across cultures.

A more in-depth two day version of this workshop is also available for $2,500.00.
A one day workshop on sexual harassment is also available.
