COURSE TITLE:                  EMPLOYEE EFFECTIVENESS TRAINING
COURSE LENGTH:              ONE DAY

This one-day course will help participants to be more sensitive to their role in helping a diverse organization to be more effective. This course will address the rights and responsibilities employees have to each other and to the organization. This training is designed for employees who are non-supervisors.
