INTRODUCTION TO SUPERVISION
COURSE LENGTH: FIVE DAYS
One of the toughest jobs in today's competitive environment is that of supervisors who need to get results through other people. Today's supervisors must be able to hire, motivate, delegate, appraise, build teamwork, counsel, coach, lead and communicate effectively. Aspects of various one and two day courses are combined into a comprehensive five day introductory course for supervisors. This five day course will provide participants with skills and knowledge to enhance their capabilities.
